For Effective Service Delivery in a Demanding Service Environment

Training Philosophy

Today's health care service providers and managers face many hard realities and uncertainties with managed behavioral health care demanding we become more outcome oriented (effective) and time-sensitive (efficient).  The mission of Kreider Consulting, LLC is to address this challenge by providing high quality, evidence-based in-house training and consultation at reasonable cost.

My trainings are custom designed to provide the specific, practical, cutting-edge skills necessary for contemporary practice.  My consultations are designed to implement and integrate effective skills, strategies and structures that create empowering, adaptive, and effective service organizations.

Together my trainings and consultations provide essential resources to transform current challenges into opportunities from which consumers, service providers, and agencies will each benefit.  Increased consumer satisfaction, increased staff morale and creative participation, reduced staff burn-out and turn over, and increased quality of care are several typical benefits.

My intention with all trainings I offer is to engage, inform and inspire.  My commitment is to work collaboratively with agencies to equip their staff with essential skills for effective, compassionate service delivery in this demanding environment.
